2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

3 to 4 limes, zest and juice of

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut flakes

Extra granulated sugar for decoration

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Set aside.
