Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to U.S. territories at this time.

Our current processing time is approximately 5 to 7 business days, although we do our best to ship most orders the same day or the next business day whenever possible. During holidays, special promotions, and seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Customers outside the United States are welcome to contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

At this time, we offer shipping within the United States only. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to offer standard shipping outside the U.S.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and small business operations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, we are happy to help before you purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during transit, or shipped in error. Replacement items are subject to product availability. Please note that vintage and one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for replacement due to their unique nature.

Once your request has been received, we will review the claim and notify you of our decision. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.

Items returned without prior authorization and approval will not be accepted.

Vintage & Heirloom Items

Vintage and heirloom items are treasured for their history, character, and unique qualities. Because these pieces have been previously loved and used, signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections should be expected and are considered part of their charm.

We carefully inspect each item and make every effort to accurately describe its condition. Any significant flaws, damage, repairs, or notable imperfections will be disclosed in the product description and photographs.

Please remember that vintage and heirloom items are often one of a kind and cannot be duplicated or replaced. For this reason, all sales of vintage and heirloom items are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted.

Monogrammed & Custom-Made Items

Because monogrammed and custom-made items are created specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once they have been placed.

Please review all personalization details, spelling, dates, monograms, and customization requests carefully before submitting your order. American Country Living is not responsible for customer-provided errors submitted at the time of purchase.

Fine Art Reproduction Prints

Our fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of original works by master artists. Because these reproductions faithfully capture the character of the original artwork, details such as brushstrokes, canvas texture, craquelure (age-related crackling), grain, patina, and signs of age present in the original piece may be visible in the printed reproduction.
