Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza Appetizer


PREP TIME: 20 minutes
cook Time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients:


1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet to your desired thickness.
